Release Yourself from the Sin of Anger – EFT Tapping Script

Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any anger, irritation, or frustration — without judgment.
Observe where anger shows up in your body or mind.

Rate the intensity of anger from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I notice anger in myself,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I sometimes feel frustrated, resentful, or irritable,
I honor my awareness and am open to release anger now.”

“Even though part of me holds rage or resentment,
I choose to let go, embrace calm, and open to inner peace.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Anger

Eyebrow:
“This anger I feel inside”

Side of Eye:
“The frustration or resentment I notice”

Under Eye:
“The irritation or rage building in me”

Under Nose:
“This tightness or tension in my body from anger”

Chin:
“All the ways anger affects my thoughts and feelings”

Collarbone:
“The stress and intensity anger creates”

Under Arm:
“This heat or restlessness inside me”

Top of Head:
“All these ways anger blocks my peace and clarity”

Take a slow, grounding breath… exhale fully.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“This anger once tried to protect me”

Side of Eye:
“It reminded me to set boundaries or defend myself”

Under Eye:
“I can honor its purpose”

Under Nose:
“But I no longer need anger to feel safe or strong”

Chin:
“I allow calm, understanding, and balance to enter my heart”

Collarbone:
“I release resentment, irritation, and frustration”

Under Arm:
“I open to patience, forgiveness, and clarity”

Top of Head:
“Softening the grip of anger and rage”

Breathe deeply… long exhale.


Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Anger

Eyebrow:
“I release anger, resentment, and frustration”

Side of Eye:
“Letting go of irritation and tension”

Under Eye:
“I allow calm, peace, and understanding”

Under Nose:
“I release the need to hold onto rage”

Chin:
“Patience, balance, and inner peace fill my heart”

Collarbone:
“I open to seeing situations and myself with compassion”

Under Arm:
“Old patterns of anger dissolve safely”

Top of Head:
“I am free from reactive and destructive emotions”

Pause. Take a grounding breath.


Tapping Round 4 – Installing Calm & Inner Peace

Eyebrow:
“I embrace calm, patience, and balance”

Side of Eye:
“My heart is free from anger and resentment”

Under Eye:
“I respond with understanding, not rage”

Under Nose:
“I am centered, composed, and clear”

Chin:
“I act from peace, not reaction”

Collarbone:
“My relationships and life flow with ease and harmony”

Under Arm:
“I choose patience, forgiveness, and inner freedom”

Top of Head:
“Calm, clarity, and peace flow through me naturally”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your heart and one on your stomach.

Say softly:

“I release anger, frustration, and resentment.
I embrace calm, patience, and inner peace.
Harmony, understanding, and clarity flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate the intensity of anger from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel release, lightness, and calm.
