Instructions for Use

  • Rate your emotional intensity (0–10) before starting
  • Tap gently with two fingers on each point
  • Repeat each phrase slowly and with awareness
  • Breathe deeply throughout

1. Setup Statement (Karate Chop Point – Side of Hand)

(Repeat 3 times while tapping the side of your hand)

Even though I feel this anxiety and stress, I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I feel overwhelmed, overthinking, and sometimes stuck, I choose to begin to relax and feel safe.

Even though I carry emotional pain, self-doubt, or habits I want to change, I honour myself and I am open to healing.


2. Tapping Sequence – Round 1 (Acknowledging the Feelings)

Eyebrow (EB):
This anxiety and stress I feel

Side of Eye (SE):
All this tension in my mind and body

Under Eye (UE):
This heaviness and low mood

Under Nose (UN):
These thoughts that keep repeating

Chin (CH):
This self-criticism and doubt

Collarbone (CB):
All this emotional weight I’ve been carrying

Under Arm (UA):
These habits and patterns I feel stuck in

Top of Head (TH):
All these fears and unresolved feelings


3. Tapping Sequence – Round 2 (Exploring & Releasing)

EB:
Maybe I’ve been holding onto this for too long

SE:
Maybe my mind has been trying to protect me

UE:
But I don’t need to carry all of this anymore

UN:
I am allowed to begin letting go

CH:
Even if it feels unfamiliar

CB:
Even if part of me resists change

UA:
I choose to gently release what I can

TH:
At my own pace, in my own way


4. Tapping Sequence – Round 3 (Reframing & Healing)

EB:
I am learning to feel safe in my body

SE:
I am allowed to experience calm

UE:
My mind can begin to slow down

UN:
I release the need to overthink everything

CH:
I choose kindness toward myself

CB:
I am not my past or my pain

UA:
I am becoming stronger and more in control

TH:
I am open to peace, healing, and clarity


5. Tapping Sequence – Round 4 (Empowerment & Future Focus)

EB:
I choose calm over chaos

SE:
I choose clarity over confusion

UE:
I trust myself to handle life

UN:
I release habits that no longer serve me

CH:
I am confident and capable

CB:
I am creating a new way of being

UA:
I am grounded, centred, and at peace

TH:
I am becoming the best version of myself


6. Closing Integration (Deep Breath)

Take a slow, deep breath in…
…and gently exhale…

Again… breathe in calm…
…and release any remaining tension…

Now check in with yourself…
Notice any shift in your body, your thoughts, your emotions…

Rate your intensity again (0–10)…
