Session Objective
To gently release emotional resistance, reduce anxiety and stress, and reprogram limiting beliefs while reinforcing self-love, calmness, and control.

Post-Session Reflection
Ask the client:
- What emotion feels different now?
- What intensity (0–10) did you start with vs now?
- What new thought or belief emerged?
Daily Practice Recommendation
- 1–2 rounds in the morning
- 1 round during stress or anxiety
- Combine with journaling for deeper awareness
Practitioner Notes
- Observe emotional shifts during tapping
- Adjust wording based on client-specific triggers
- Reassess intensity levels after each round
