Session Objective

To gently release emotional resistance, reduce anxiety and stress, and reprogram limiting beliefs while reinforcing self-love, calmness, and control.

  • Your emotional state

Post-Session Reflection

Ask the client:

  • What emotion feels different now?
  • What intensity (0–10) did you start with vs now?
  • What new thought or belief emerged?

Daily Practice Recommendation

  • 1–2 rounds in the morning
  • 1 round during stress or anxiety
  • Combine with journaling for deeper awareness

Practitioner Notes

  • Observe emotional shifts during tapping
  • Adjust wording based on client-specific triggers
  • Reassess intensity levels after each round
