Preparation
Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Bring awareness to your base, at the perineum area and lower spine, the location of the Root Chakra.
Notice any tension, fear, anxiety, or feeling ungrounded.
Rate your sense of safety, stability, and Root Chakra balance from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement
(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)
“Even though my Muladhara Chakra may feel blocked or imbalanced,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”
“Even though I sometimes feel fear, insecurity, or lack of support,
I honor my awareness and am open to balancing my Root Chakra now.”
“Even though part of me has held tension, instability, or uncertainty,
I choose to release these blocks and open to grounding, safety, and inner strength.”
Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Blockages
Eyebrow:
“This tension or fear at the base of my spine”
Side of Eye:
“The feeling of insecurity or instability I notice”
Under Eye:
“All the ways I feel ungrounded or unsafe”
Under Nose:
“This heaviness, worry, or anxiety in my lower body”
Chin:
“All the ways my Root Chakra feels blocked”
Collarbone:
“The discomfort or tension from fear or uncertainty”
Under Arm:
“This sense of lack of support or stability in life”
Top of Head:
“All these blocks keeping my Muladhara Chakra from flowing freely”
Take a slow, grounding breath… exhale fully.
Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening
Eyebrow:
“These blocks once protected me from danger or loss”
Side of Eye:
“They reminded me to be cautious and stay alert”
Under Eye:
“I can honor their purpose”
Under Nose:
“But I no longer need fear or tension to keep me safe”
Chin:
“I allow grounding, safety, and stability to flow freely”
Collarbone:
“I release fear, insecurity, and uncertainty”
Under Arm:
“I open to feeling supported, safe, and strong”
Top of Head:
“Softening all resistance to my grounding and stability”
Breathe deeply… long exhale.
Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Blockages
Eyebrow:
“I release fear, insecurity, and tension”
Side of Eye:
“Letting go of instability and worry”
Under Eye:
“I allow grounding, support, and safety to fill me”
Under Nose:
“I release the need to feel unsteady or unsupported”
Chin:
“Confidence, stability, and security fill my body and mind”
Collarbone:
“My Root Chakra opens and balances naturally”
Under Arm:
“Old patterns of fear and instability dissolve safely”
Top of Head:
“My grounding, strength, and security flow freely”
Pause. Take a grounding breath.
Tapping Round 4 – Installing Root Chakra Balance
Eyebrow:
“I embrace safety, grounding, and stability”
Side of Eye:
“My body and mind are secure, supported, and strong”
Under Eye:
“I am rooted, centered, and confident in life”
Under Nose:
“My Muladhara Chakra is balanced and energized”
Chin:
“I feel connected to the Earth and supported by life”
Collarbone:
“My energy, confidence, and stability are harmonious”
Under Arm:
“I choose grounding, safety, and inner strength”
Top of Head:
“Security, confidence, and stability flow through my Root Chakra naturally”
Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.
Closing Integration
Place one hand on your lower spine/base and one on your stomach or feet.
Say softly:
“I release fear, insecurity, and instability.
My Muladhara Chakra is open, balanced, and aligned.
Grounding, confidence, and support flow through me naturally.”
Re-rate your sense of Root Chakra balance and security from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel grounded, safe, and confident.
