Balancing Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra – EFT Tapping Script
Preparation
Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Bring awareness to the center of your forehead, between your eyebrows, the location of the Third Eye Chakra.
Notice any tension, mental fog, overthinking, or disconnection from intuition.
Rate your sense of clarity, intuition, and mental balance from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement
(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)
“Even though my Ajna Chakra may feel blocked or imbalanced,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”
“Even though I sometimes feel mentally foggy, distracted, or disconnected from my intuition,
I honor my awareness and am open to balancing my Third Eye Chakra now.”
“Even though part of me has held confusion, doubt, or mental clutter,
I choose to release these blocks and open to clarity, insight, and inner vision.”
Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Blockages
Eyebrow:
“This tension or blockage at my Third Eye”
Side of Eye:
“The mental fog or distraction I sometimes feel”
Under Eye:
“All the confusion or overthinking limiting my clarity”
Under Nose:
“This disconnection from my intuition”
Chin:
“All the ways my Ajna Chakra feels blocked”
Collarbone:
“The heaviness or pressure in my forehead or mind”
Under Arm:
“This lack of insight, focus, or inner guidance”
Top of Head:
“All these blocks keeping my Third Eye Chakra from flowing freely”
Take a slow, grounding breath… exhale fully.
Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening
Eyebrow:
“These blocks once protected me from uncertainty or overwhelm”
Side of Eye:
“They reminded me to focus on logic or external guidance”
Under Eye:
“I can honor their purpose”
Under Nose:
“But I no longer need mental clutter or doubt to feel safe”
Chin:
“I allow clarity, insight, and intuition to flow freely”
Collarbone:
“I release confusion, overthinking, and self-doubt”
Under Arm:
“I open to inner vision, wisdom, and guidance”
Top of Head:
“Softening all resistance to mental clarity and intuitive awareness”
Breathe deeply… long exhale.
Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Blockages
Eyebrow:
“I release mental fog, doubt, and distraction”
Side of Eye:
“Letting go of confusion and overthinking”
Under Eye:
“I allow insight, clarity, and intuitive guidance to flow”
Under Nose:
“I release the need to be uncertain or disconnected”
Chin:
“Peace, focus, and mental clarity fill my mind”
Collarbone:
“My Ajna Chakra opens and balances naturally”
Under Arm:
“Old patterns of mental clutter and disconnection dissolve safely”
Top of Head:
“My intuition, insight, and inner vision flow freely”
Pause. Take a grounding breath.
Tapping Round 4 – Installing Third Eye Balance
Eyebrow:
“I embrace clarity, focus, and intuitive awareness”
Side of Eye:
“My mind and thoughts are calm, clear, and aligned”
Under Eye:
“I am open to inner guidance and insight”
Under Nose:
“My Ajna Chakra is balanced and energized”
Chin:
“I receive wisdom, intuition, and clear perception”
Collarbone:
“My thoughts, energy, and awareness are harmonious”
Under Arm:
“I choose clarity, focus, and inner vision in all I do”
Top of Head:
“Insight, intuition, and mental clarity flow through me naturally”
Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.
Closing Integration
Place one hand on your forehead (Third Eye area) and one on your heart.
Say softly:
“I release mental clutter, doubt, and confusion.
My Ajna Chakra is open, balanced, and aligned.
Clarity, insight, and intuitive guidance flow through me naturally.”
Re-rate your sense of clarity and Third Eye balance from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel openness, focus, and inner vision.
