Preparation

Sit comfortably.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and release it gently.

Bring awareness to how you currently feel about yourself — your abilities, worth, confidence, and self-belief.
Notice any self-doubt, insecurity, or inner criticism without judgment.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes doubt myself and struggle with confidence and self-esteem,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to seeing myself with kindness, strength, and respect.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Self-Doubt

Eyebrow:
“I sometimes doubt myself”

Side of Eye:
“I question my worth and abilities”

Under Eye:
“I notice this lack of confidence in my body”

Under Nose:
“I carry old fears and self-criticism”

Chin:
“I’m aware of these patterns of self-doubt”
