Preparation
Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to your resources — notice how you relate to money, time, possessions, or skills.
Acknowledge any fear, guilt, or hesitation around sharing them.
Setup Statement
(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)
“Even though I sometimes feel afraid, guilty, or hesitant to share my resources,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
