Be More Generous with Your Time


Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to how you manage and share your time — notice moments where you feel protective, rushed, or guilty about giving your time.
Acknowledge any resistance, scarcity, or self-judgment without judgment.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes hesitate, feel rushed, or guilty about sharing my time,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to giving my time freely, generously, and with joy.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Blocks to Generosity

Eyebrow:
“I notice I sometimes hold back my time”

Side of Eye:
“I feel rushed, busy, or overwhelmed”

Under Eye:
“I feel guilty or hesitant about giving my time”

Under Nose:
“I worry I won’t have enough time for myself”

Chin:
“I sometimes avoid sharing time with others out of fear or obligation”

Collarbone:
“I notice tension around my schedule or responsibilities”

Under Arm:
“I feel protective or anxious about my time”

“I honor these feelings without judgment”


Round 2 – Releasing Blocks and Limiting Beliefs

Closing Integration

Place your hands over your heart.
Take three slow, deep breaths.

Say aloud or silently:

“I release fear, guilt, and scarcity around my time.

My presence and generosity benefit both myself and others.”
