Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to moments when you hold back, avoid new experiences, or feel fear about stepping out of your comfort zone.
Notice any tension, hesitation, or self-doubt in your body.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel fear, hesitation, or doubt about trying new things,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to embracing courage, curiosity, and adventure in my life.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Fear and Hesitation

Eyebrow:
“I notice the fear that keeps me from taking risks”

Side of Eye:
“I feel hesitation or doubt about trying new things”

Under Eye:
“I sometimes worry about failure, judgment, or the unknown”

Under Nose:
“I feel tension, worry, or self-doubt holding me back”

Chin:
“I notice the comfort in staying safe, but I want more”

Collarbone:
“I sometimes play small or avoid stepping out of my comfort zone”

Under Arm:
“I feel the pull of fear or past experiences limiting me”
