Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands on your lap or over your heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to your authentic self — notice moments where you feel you hide, people-please, or suppress your truth.
Acknowledge any fear, discomfort, or self-doubt without judgment.
Setup Statement
