Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to how you use your words — notice times you speak harshly, negatively, dishonestly, or carelessly.
Acknowledge any regret, tension, or patterns you wish to change.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes speak carelessly, negatively, or dishonestly,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to speaking with integrity, truth, and love in every situation.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Patterns and Challenges

Eyebrow:
“I notice times when I speak harshly, negatively, or unkindly”

Side of Eye:
“I sometimes gossip, exaggerate, or withhold truth”

Under Eye:
“I notice careless words that hurt myself or others”

Under Nose:
“I feel regret or guilt about what I have said”

Chin:
