Forgiveness
Preparation
Sit comfortably or lie down.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring your awareness to someone or a situation you need to forgive, or to yourself.
Notice the emotions — anger, hurt, guilt, resentment — without judging yourself.
Setup Statement
(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)
“Even though I feel hurt, anger, or resentment toward [name/situation] (or myself),
and even though this pain feels heavy,
I choose to acknowledge these feelings honestly,
and I am open to releasing them and embracing forgiveness.”
Round 1 – Acknowledging the Pain
Eyebrow:
“I notice the hurt and anger I carry”
Side of Eye:
“I feel resentment and disappointment”
Under Eye:
“I feel the weight of this pain in my body”
Under Nose:
“I notice memories that keep me upset”

“I feel tension, resistance, or sadness”

Closing Integration
Place one hand on your heart and one on your solar plexus.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Say silently or aloud:
“I release anger, resentment, and guilt.
I choose forgiveness for myself and others.
I open my heart to peace, compassion, and emotional freedom.
I am free, I am lighter, and I am at peace.”
Allow your body, mind, and energy to absorb this sense of forgiveness and emotional release.
