Preparation
Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any cravings, overindulgence, or attachment to food — without judgment.
Observe where gluttony shows up in your body or mind.
Rate the intensity of gluttony from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement

“Even though I notice gluttony in myself,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Gluttony

“I can honor their purpose”

“But I no longer need excess to feel safe or happy”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.
Closing Integration
Place one hand on your stomach and one on your heart.
Say softly:
“I release gluttony, cravings, and overindulgence.

Peace, control, and healthy nourishment flow through me naturally.”
Re-rate the intensity of gluttony from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel release, lightness, and self-control.
