Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to how you relate to yourself and others — notice moments where you feel unworthy of love, guarded, or disconnected.
Acknowledge any fear, self-criticism, or tension without judgment.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel unworthy of love or find it hard to let others in,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to being lovable, open, and warm in my relationships with myself and others.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Barriers to Love

Eyebrow:
“I notice I sometimes feel unworthy of love”

Side of Eye:
“I feel guarded or distant from others”

Under Eye:
“I sometimes push people away or hide my true self”

Under Nose:
“I feel self-criticism, fear, or shame around love”

Chin:
“I notice tension or discomfort in relationships”

Collarbone:
“I sometimes fear being hurt or rejected”
