Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to moments when you feel rigid, resistant, or stuck.
Notice tension in your body, stress in your mind, or emotional blocks that prevent you from flowing naturally.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel rigid, stuck, or resistant,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to flowing freely, adapting with ease, and being calm and resilient like water.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Resistance and Rigidity

Eyebrow:
“I notice tension, stress, or resistance in my life”

Side of Eye:
“I sometimes feel rigid, inflexible, or stuck”

Under Eye:
“I hold onto control, fear, or old patterns”

Under Nose:
“I notice frustration or impatience when things don’t go my way”
