Preparation
Take a slow, deep breath in… and a long, steady breath out.
Notice any feeling of imbalance — emotional, mental, or physical — without judgment.
Simply observe where imbalance shows up in your body.
Rate your sense of balance from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement
(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)
“Even though I sometimes feel off-balance,

Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Say softly:

Re-rate your sense of balance from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel fully centered.
