Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any tension, mental fog, racing thoughts, or heaviness in your head — without judgment.
Simply observe where your brain feels stressed or drained.

Rate your mental clarity and calm from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though my brain feels stressed, tired, or overwhelmed,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I sometimes feel mental fog, distraction, or overwhelm,
I honor my experience and am open to healing now.”

“Even though my mind has been overworked or strained,
I choose to support clarity, focus, and calm in my brain.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Mental Stress

Eyebrow:
“This tension in my head and mind”

Side of Eye:
“The fog or confusion I feel”

Under Eye:
“The racing thoughts or overload”

Under Nose:
“The pressure and strain in my brain”

Chin:
“This fatigue or mental heaviness”

Collarbone:
“All the ways my mind feels unbalanced”

Under Arm:
“This inner stress and tension”

Top of Head:
“All these blocks to clarity and calm”

Take a deep, slow breath in… exhale fully.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These mental pressures once helped me stay alert”

Side of Eye:
“They protected me or kept me focused under stress”

Under Eye:
“I can honor that purpose”

Under Nose:
“But I no longer need this strain to function”

Chin:
“My mind and brain can relax safely”

Breathe deeply… long exhale.


Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Stress & Fatigue

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your forehead and one on the back of your head.

Say softly:

“I release mental tension and fatigue.
My brain is clear, calm, and strong.
Healing, focus, and clarity flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate your mental clarity from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel a sense of mental ease and calm.
