Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any tension, discomfort, or heaviness in your upper abdomen (around your pancreas) — without judgment.
Observe any emotions you may be storing there, such as worry, stress, or self-criticism.

Rate your pancreas comfort and sense of vitality from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

Take a deep, slow breath in… and exhale fully.

Breathe deeply… long exhale.

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your upper abdomen (pancreas area) and one on your back.

Say softly:

“I release stress, tension, and emotional holding.
My pancreas is healthy, balanced, and strong.
Healing, vitality, and energy flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate your pancreas comfort, vitality, and sense of balance from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel release, lightness, and wellness.
