Healing Your Heart – EFT Tapping Script

Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any heaviness, tightness, sadness, or emotional pain in your chest — without judgment.
Simply feel where your heart needs healing.

Rate your heart’s emotional tension from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though my heart feels hurt, heavy, or broken,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I have experienced loss, grief, or heartbreak,
I honor my feelings and am open to healing now.”

“Even though part of me fears feeling pain or being vulnerable,
I choose to heal my heart and open to love, peace, and resilience.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging the Pain

Eyebrow:
“This pain in my heart”

Side of Eye:
“The sadness or grief I carry”

Under Eye:
“The heaviness in my chest”

Under Nose:
“The fear of being hurt again”

Chin:
“The tightness and tension I feel inside”

Collarbone:
“All the ways my heart has been wounded”

Under Arm:
“This emotional hurt and longing”

Top of Head:
“All the pain I carry in my heart”

Take a deep, slow breath in… and exhale fully.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These feelings once helped me survive and protect myself”

Side of Eye:
“They reminded me to be cautious or careful”

Under Eye:
“I can honor their purpose”

Under Nose:
“But I no longer need to hold onto this pain”

Chin:
“My heart can begin to soften and heal”

Collarbone:
“I allow love, compassion, and forgiveness to enter”

Under Arm:
“My emotions are safe to release”

Top of Head:
“Softening the grip of pain and grief”

Breathe deeply… slow exhale.


Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Emotional Wounds

Eyebrow:
“I release hurt, resentment, and grief”

Side of Eye:
“Letting go of emotional weight and sadness”

Under Eye:
“I allow healing energy to flow into my heart”

Under Nose:
“My heart opens to love and compassion”

Chin:
“I release past pain and embrace resilience”

Pause. Take a grounding breath.


Tapping Round 4 – Installing Love, Peace & Resilience

Eyebrow:
“My heart is healing and whole”

Side of Eye:
“I allow love and compassion to flow through me”

Under Eye:
“I trust myself and others again”

Under Nose:
“My heart feels safe, open, and resilient”

Chin:
“Peace, acceptance, and joy fill my chest”

Collarbone:
“My emotions are balanced and strong”

Under Arm:
“I am open to love, connection, and inner peace”

Top of Head:
“Healing, love, and resilience are natural in my heart”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.

Say softly:

“I release pain and embrace healing.
My heart is open, resilient, and full of love.
Peace and compassion flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate your heart’s emotional tension from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel a sense of calm, healing, and lightness.
