Purify Your Words


Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands gently on your lap or heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to your speech patterns — notice words you regret saying, times you spoke harshly, or inner self-criticism.
Acknowledge any tension, guilt, or shame associated with these words.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I have sometimes spoken harshly, hurtfully, or without awareness,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to releasing old speech patterns and speaking with clarity, love, and integrity.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Harmful Patterns

Eyebrow:
“I notice times I’ve spoken harshly or carelessly”

Side of Eye:
“I sometimes say things I regret”

Under Eye:
“I carry guilt, shame, or regret about my words”

Under Nose:
“I sometimes speak without thinking or patience”

Chin:
“I acknowledge this honestly”

Collarbone:
“My words have affected myself and others”
