“Even though I sometimes feel insecure and unsure of my abilities, I choose to honor my feelings and release this fear now.”
“Even though past experiences make me feel less confident or capable, I am open to letting go and stepping into my power.”
STEP 2: Tapping Sequence
Tap each point gently 5–7 times while repeating the phrase.
