Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any feelings of pride, self-importance, defensiveness, or superiority — without judgment.
Simply observe where pride shows up in your body or mind.
Rate the intensity of pride from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement

“The need to be right or better than others”

“My self-importance and ego-driven thoughts”

“This defensiveness and rigidity in me”

“The ways I hold myself above or apart from others”

“All the times pride blocks connection and peace”

“I can honor its purpose”

Closing Integration
Place one hand on your heart and one on your forehead.
Say softly:
“I release pride, ego, and self-importance.

Grace, compassion, and love flow through me naturally.”
Re-rate the intensity of pride from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel release, lightness, and openness.
