Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any tightness, discomfort, or heaviness in your left upper abdomen (where your spleen is) — without judgment.
Observe any emotions you may be storing there, such as worry, overthinking, or fatigue.

Rate your spleen comfort and sense of vitality from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I sometimes hold worry, overthinking, or fatigue here,

Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Spleen Stress

Eyebrow:
“This tension or discomfort in my spleen”

Side of Eye:
“The heaviness or pressure I feel in my left upper abdomen”

Under Eye:
“All the stress or worry stored here”

Under Nose:
“The tightness or imbalance affecting my body”

Chin:
“This emotional and physical holding”

Collarbone:
“All the ways my spleen feels burdened”

Under Arm:
“This stress, fatigue, or tension stored in my body”

Top of Head:
“All these blocks to spleen health and vitality”

Take a deep, slow breath in… and exhale fully.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These feelings and tensions once helped me cope”

Side of Eye:
“They reminded me to stay alert or cautious”

Under Eye:
“I can honor their purpose”

Under Nose:
“But I no longer need worry, overthinking, or fatigue to protect me”

Chin:
“My spleen and body can relax and heal”

Collarbone:
“I allow balance, calm, and vitality to flow”

Under Arm:
“I release tension safely and fully”

Top of Head:

Breathe deeply… long exhale.

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your left upper abdomen (spleen area) and one on your back.

Say softly:

“I release worry, overthinking, and tension.
My spleen is healthy, balanced, and strong.
Healing, vitality, and energy flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate your spleen comfort, vitality, and emotional ease from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel release, lightness, and energy balance.
