Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands on your lap or over your heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to your thought patterns — notice any negativity, mental chatter, worries, or limiting beliefs.
Acknowledge these thoughts without judgment.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though my mind sometimes feels cluttered, negative, or overwhelmed,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to clearing my mind, releasing unwanted thoughts, and embracing clarity and peace.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Mental Clutter

Eyebrow:
“I notice thoughts that keep me stuck or overwhelmed”

Side of Eye:
“I feel mental chatter, worry, or stress in my mind”

Under Eye:
“I sometimes get caught in negative or limiting thoughts”

Under Nose:
“I notice tension and overthinking that block my clarity”
