Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to areas where you judge yourself, feel inadequate, or wish you were different.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment — you are safe to feel and release them.
Setup Statement
