Preparation
Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to how you feel in your current emotional state.
Notice any stress, worry, sadness, or blocks to happiness.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment.
Setup Statement
