Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to the past trauma or painful experiences you want to heal.
Notice the emotions, sensations, or tension in your body.
Acknowledge them without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release and heal.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I experienced trauma and I still feel its impact,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to releasing the pain, healing my heart and mind, and reclaiming my sense of safety and peace.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Trauma and Its Impact

Eyebrow:
“I notice the pain and hurt from my past trauma”

Side of Eye:
“I feel fear, anger, sadness, or grief inside”

Under Eye:
“I sometimes relive these painful memories”

Under Nose:
“I feel tension, heaviness, or discomfort in my body”

Chin:
“I notice how this trauma affects my thoughts and feelings today”
