Preparation
Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to a loved one you want to feel closer to — a partner, family member, friend, or child.
Notice any distance, tension, misunderstandings, or emotional walls that exist.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment, knowing it’s safe to open your heart.
Setup Statement
