Preparation
Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to a past relationship or interaction that caused emotional pain.
Notice any hurt, anger, sadness, resentment, or regret.
Acknowledge these emotions without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release and heal.
