Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands gently on your lap or over your heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to your feelings about yourself — notice any self-doubt, fear of judgment, or lack of confidence.
Acknowledge any tension, unease, or negative self-talk without judgment.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel insecure, unworthy, or doubt myself,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to releasing self-doubt and fully embracing my confidence and self-esteem.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Self-Doubt

Eyebrow:
“I notice I sometimes feel insecure or unsure of myself”

Side of Eye:
“I notice self-doubt and fear holding me back”

Under Eye:
“I feel nervous or uncertain in some situations”

Under Nose:
“I hear negative self-talk in my mind”

Chin:
“I sometimes compare myself to others and feel less”

Collarbone:
