EFT Tapping Script

Building and Strengthening Self-Worth


Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to any feelings of low self-worth, insecurity, or inadequacy.
Notice where they show up in your body — tension in your chest, stomach knots, or heaviness in your shoulders.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release and rebuild your sense of value.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel unworthy, insecure, or not good enough,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to recognizing, honoring, and strengthening my self-worth.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Low Self-Worth

Eyebrow:
“I notice the feelings of doubt, insecurity, or unworthiness inside me”

Side of Eye:
“I sometimes feel like I’m not enough or don’t measure up”

Under Eye:
“I notice negative thoughts about myself, my abilities, or my value”

Under Nose:
“I feel tension, sadness, or fear when I think I’m not good enough”

Chin:
“I see how comparison and self-criticism affect my confidence”

Collarbone:
“I notice the weight of expectations and judgments, from myself or others”

Under Arm:
“I feel unsure of my value and what I deserve in life”

“I honor these feelings and give myself permission to release them”


Round 2 – Releasing Self-Doubt and Limiting Beliefs

“I release feelings of unworthiness, doubt, and insecurity”

“I let go of negative thoughts about my value and abilities”

“I release fear of not measuring up or being judged”

Under Nose:
“I allow confidence, self-respect, and inner strength to enter”

“I let go of past hurts, criticism, or rejection that diminish my self-worth”

“I release patterns that keep me feeling less than I truly am”

Closing Integration

Place your hands over your heart.
Take three slow, grounding breaths.

Say aloud or silently:

“I release self-doubt, insecurity, and feelings of unworthiness.
