EFT Tapping Script

Cultivating Self-Love

Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to any feelings of self-doubt, self-criticism, or lack of self-worth.
Notice where they show up in your body — tension in your chest, shoulders, or stomach; heaviness in your heart; tightness in your throat.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release and transform them.
