Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to your relationship with food, cravings, or body image.
Notice any physical sensations, tension, guilt, or urges.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release and transform them.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I struggle with cravings, emotional eating, or unhealthy habits,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to releasing these patterns, loving my body, and embracing healthy habits with ease and balance.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Cravings and Emotional Blocks

Eyebrow:

Under Eye:
