Simply notice where it lives in your body.

Rate the intensity from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel arrogant or superior,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though this arrogance has helped me feel safe, important, or protected,
I choose to listen to what it’s been trying to do for me.”

“Even though this pattern no longer serves me fully,
I am open to releasing it with respect and compassion.”
