Release Aggression from Your Life – EFT Tapping Script
Preparation
Before you begin, take a slow, deep breath.
Notice where aggression shows up in your body — tension, heat, tightness, pressure — without judging it.
Rate the intensity of your aggression from 0 to 10 (10 = very strong).
Setup Statement
(Tap the Karate Chop point while repeating 3 times)
“Even though I feel this aggression inside me,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”
“Even though there is anger, frustration, or aggression stored in my body,
I choose to be open to releasing it now.”
“Even though this aggression has been trying to protect me or express something important,
I honor myself and allow calm to return.”
Tapping Sequence – Round 1 (Acknowledging the Aggression)
Eyebrow:
“This aggression I’m carrying”
Side of Eye:
“All this built-up anger and tension”

Pause. Breathe.
Tapping Sequence – Round 4 (Installing Calm & Control)
Eyebrow:
“I choose calm over aggression”
Side of Eye:
“I can respond instead of react”
Under Eye:
“My body knows how to relax”
Under Nose:
“I am in control of my energy”
Chin:
“I feel grounded and steady”
Collarbone:
“I allow peace into my system”
Under Arm:
“I am calm, centered, and present”
Top of Head:
“I choose peace now”
Take one final deep breath.
Closing Integration
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Say softly:
“My body is safe.
My emotions are allowed.
I release aggression and welcome calm.”
Re-rate your aggression intensity from 0 to 10.
If it’s not at zero yet, repeat the tapping rounds until it softens further.
Common Pitfall to Avoid
Don’t force the aggression away — EFT works best when you acknowledge first, then release. Resistance keeps it stuck; acceptance lets it move.
