EFT Tapping Script – Fruit of the Spirit: PEACE

“Allowing Peace to Flow Within Me”
(Script 7 of 9)

Preparation

Sit comfortably and take a slow, deep breath.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Feel your body soften and become aware of God’s presence within you.

Begin tapping gently on the Karate Chop point when you’re ready.


Setup Statement (Karate Chop – repeat 3 times)

“Even though sometimes I feel anxious, unsettled, or restless,
I now choose to surrender these feelings
to the loving guidance of the Holy Spirit.”

“Even though life can feel chaotic or uncertain,
I open my heart now
and allow the Fruit of the Spirit—Peace—
to rise from within me.”

“Even though I may struggle to quiet my mind or calm my emotions,
I trust God’s Spirit to bring serenity and balance into my life.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Inner Tension

Eyebrow:
“I notice the stress and unrest inside me.”

Side of Eye:
“I feel tension in my body and mind.”

Under Eye:
“I worry about things I cannot control.”

Under Nose:
“I feel scattered or distracted.”

Chin:
“I want calm but feel overwhelmed.”

Collarbone:
“I carry unspoken fears and doubts.”

Under Arm:
“All these feelings of unrest and anxiety.”

Top of Head:
“I acknowledge them with honesty.”


Tapping Round 2 – Releasing Resistance

Eyebrow:
“I don’t have to carry this burden alone.”

Side of Eye:
“I release the need to control everything.”

Under Eye:
“I let go of worry and tension.”

Under Nose:
“I allow calm to enter my heart and mind.”

Chin:
“I surrender my fears to God.”

Collarbone:
“I open space for peace within me.”

Under Arm:
“I release inner turmoil and conflict.”

Top of Head:
“I allow serenity to arise naturally.”


Tapping Round 3 – Inviting the Fruit of Peace

Eyebrow:
“I invite the Holy Spirit to fill me with peace.”

Side of Eye:
“I allow stillness to calm my thoughts.”

Under Eye:
“Peace replaces worry and agitation.”

Under Nose:
“I trust God’s timing and presence.”

Chin:
“I meet challenges with calm and clarity.”

Collarbone:
“My heart is anchored in Spirit-led peace.”

Under Arm:
“I allow peace to guide my words and actions.”

Top of Head:
“Peace flows freely through my being.”


Tapping Round 4 – Embodying Peace

Eyebrow:
“I am calm in the midst of life’s storms.”

Side of Eye:
“I respond with gentleness and clarity.”

Under Eye:
“I breathe deeply and release tension.”

Under Nose:
“My mind is quiet and focused.”

Chin:
“My heart is steady and trusting.”

Collarbone:
“I live from a place of inner calm.”

Under Arm:
“I radiate peace to those around me.”

Top of Head:
“Peace is a natural part of who I am.”


Closing Integration

Place both hands over your heart.
Take a deep, slow breath in… and gently release.

Silently or aloud, say:

“Holy Spirit, thank You for bringing peace into my life.
I surrender my fears, my restlessness, and my anxieties.
Let Your peace flow through my mind, my heart, and my actions.
May I be a vessel of Your calm and serenity. Amen.”

Pause and notice the quiet, grounded, and steady energy growing inside you.
