EFT Tapping Script
Overcoming Phobias
Preparation
Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to the specific phobia or fear — the situation, object, or experience that triggers anxiety.
Notice any physical sensations, tension, or emotional reactions — racing heart, shallow breathing, sweating, or nausea.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release and transform them.
