Releasing Depression and Cultivating Emotional Balance

Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to your current feelings of sadness, heaviness, or lack of motivation.
Notice where these feelings manifest in your body — tight chest, heavy limbs, low energy, or heaviness in your mind.
Acknowledge these emotions without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release and heal.
