Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any tightness, discomfort, or heaviness in your stomach or abdomen — without judgment.
Observe any emotions stored there, such as anxiety, worry, or tension.

Rate your stomach comfort and sense of ease from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though my stomach feels tense, upset, or uncomfortable,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I sometimes feel digestive stress or discomfort,
I honor my body and emotions and am open to healing now.”

“Even though part of me holds tension, worry, or fear in my stomach,

Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Stomach Stress

Eyebrow:
“This tension or discomfort in my stomach”

Side of Eye:
“The heaviness, bloating, or upset I feel”

Under Eye:
“All the tightness or knots in my abdomen”

Under Nose:
“The stress, worry, or anxiety I carry here”

Chin:
“This physical and emotional holding”

Collarbone:
“All the ways my stomach feels tense or unsettled”

Under Arm:
“This pressure and discomfort stored in my body”

Top of Head:
“All these blocks to stomach health and calm”

Take a deep, slow breath in… and exhale fully.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These feelings and tensions once helped me cope”

Side of Eye:
“They reminded me to stay alert or careful”

Under Eye:
“I can honor their purpose”

Under Nose:
“But I no longer need stress or worry to protect me”

Chin:
“My stomach and digestive system can relax and heal”

“I allow calm, comfort, and balance to flow”

“I release tension safely and fully”

Breathe deeply… long exhale.

“Comfort, vitality, and balance fill my abdomen”

“My stomach and body are supported and strong”

Under Arm:
“I am open to healing, ease, and vitality”

Top of Head:
“Health, calm, and energy flow through my stomach naturally”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your stomach and one on your chest.

Say softly:

“I release stress, tension, and emotional holding.
My stomach is calm, healthy, and balanced.
Healing, vitality, and ease flow through me naturally.”

Re-rate your stomach comfort and sense of ease from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel release, lightness, and digestive calm.
