Preparation
Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any tension, irritation, or discomfort in your skin — without judgment.
Observe any emotions you may be storing in your body that might be affecting your skin, such as stress, anxiety, or self-criticism.
Rate your skin comfort and sense of well-being from 0 to 10.
