Preparation
Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to situations where you feel closed off, resistant, or guarded — notice any tension, fear, or hesitation.
Acknowledge these feelings without judgment.
Setup Statement
