Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to areas where you rely too much on others, feel uncertain, or hesitate to trust your own abilities.
Acknowledge any fear, doubt, or hesitation without judgment.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel dependent, uncertain, or hesitant to act on my own,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to trusting myself, taking responsibility, and being fully independent.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Dependency and Doubt

Eyebrow:
“I notice I sometimes rely too much on others”

Side of Eye:
“I feel uncertainty or fear when I act alone”

Under Eye:
“I sometimes doubt my ability to make decisions”

Under Nose:
“I worry about failing or making mistakes”

Chin:
“I feel hesitant or anxious when I try to do things independently”

Collarbone:
“I notice tension or self-doubt holding me back”
