Preparation

Take a slow breath in… and a full breath out.
Notice any hesitation, self-doubt, or tension around being confident — without judgment.
Allow yourself to be exactly where you are.

Rate your confidence from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I don’t always feel confident,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though confidence has felt unsafe, unfamiliar, or inconsistent,
I allow myself to feel open to it now.”

“Even though part of me doubts myself,
I choose to align with calm, natural confidence.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging Where You Are

Eyebrow:
“This lack of confidence”

Side of Eye:
“This hesitation inside me”

Under Eye:
“Second-guessing myself”

Under Nose:
“Fear of getting it wrong”

Chin:
“This tightness in my chest”

Collarbone:
“Carrying self-doubt in my body”

Place one hand on your chest.

Say softly:

“I am aligned with confidence.
