Purify Your Thoughts


Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands gently on your lap or over your heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to your thoughts — notice negative self-talk, worries, obsessive thinking, or mental clutter.
Observe any tension, unease, or heaviness associated with these thoughts.


Setup Statement

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I have negative, intrusive, or cluttered thoughts,
I deeply and completely accept myself,
and I am open to releasing these patterns and experiencing mental clarity, peace, and focus.”


Round 1 – Acknowledging Unhelpful Thoughts

Eyebrow:
“I notice negative or obsessive thoughts in my mind”

Side of Eye:
“I sometimes feel trapped by my thinking”

Under Eye:
“I have doubts, worries, or self-criticism”

Under Nose:
“My thoughts can feel heavy or overwhelming”

Chin:
“I notice tension or discomfort from my mind patterns”

Collarbone:
“I acknowledge the mental clutter I carry”

Under Arm:
“I sometimes ruminate or replay past mistakes”

Top of Head:
“I honor this awareness without judgment”


Round 2 – Releasing Mental Clutter

Eyebrow:
“I release old, unhelpful thought patterns”

Side of Eye:
“I let go of worry, doubt, and self-criticism”

Under Eye:
“I release obsessive or repetitive thinking”

Under Nose:
“I soften the grip of mental tension”

Chin:
“I let go of thoughts that do not serve me”

Round 3 – Inviting Positive, Clear Thoughts

“I allow positive, constructive thoughts to flow”

Under Eye:
“I think with intention, calm, and balance”

Under Nose:
“My mind is aligned with my highest good”

Chin:
“I replace self-judgment with self-kindness”

“My thoughts support my wellbeing and goals”

“My mind is calm, clear, and balanced”


Round 4 – Strengthening Mental Purity

Eyebrow:
“I strengthen clear, positive, and empowering thoughts”

“I release mental habits that drain or distract me”

Under Eye:
“I focus on what truly serves me”

Under Nose:
“I trust my mind and my inner guidance”

Chin:
“My thoughts are aligned with peace, love, and clarity”

“I radiate calm, focus, and positivity”

“My mind is free, clear, and balanced”

“I am fully present with pure, empowering thoughts”


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your heart and one on your forehead.
Take three slow, deep breaths.

Say aloud or silently:

“I release negative, cluttered, and harmful thoughts.
I think with clarity, focus, and calm.
My mind is peaceful, balanced, and empowered.
I welcome pure, constructive, and positive thoughts.”

Allow this sense of mental clarity, calm, and empowerment to settle deeply.
