Place your hands on your lap or over your heart.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Bring awareness to your speech patterns — notice words you regret, times you spoke harshly, or moments when your words may have been careless or unkind.
Notice any physical tension, guilt, or heaviness associated with your speech.
