Align with Freedom – EFT Tapping Script

Preparation

Take a slow breath in… and a long breath out.
Notice any feelings of restriction, limitation, or trapped energy in your body — without judgment.
Simply acknowledge where freedom feels blocked.

Rate your sense of freedom from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes feel restricted or limited,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I may feel held back by habits, fears, or obligations,
I honor my experience and am open to releasing what no longer serves me.”

“Even though part of me feels trapped,
I am ready to align with freedom and ease.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging the Blocks

Eyebrow:
“This feeling of restriction”

Side of Eye:
“The limitations I’ve carried”

Under Eye:
“Feeling trapped or stuck”

Under Nose:
“Obligations, habits, or fears holding me back”

Chin:
“This tightness in my body and mind”

Collarbone:
“All the ways I’ve limited myself”

Under Arm:
“This sense of being bound or constrained”

Top of Head:
“All these blocks to freedom”

Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These blocks have protected me somehow”

Side of Eye:
“They may have kept me safe in the past”

Under Eye:
“I can honor that intention”

Under Nose:
“But they no longer serve me now”

Chin:
“My mind and body can release what is outdated”

Collarbone:
“I am allowed to feel free”

Under Arm:
“I give myself permission to let go”

Top of Head:
“Letting tension and limitation soften”

Breathe deeply… long exhale.


Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Restriction

Eyebrow:
“I release fear, doubt, and limitation”

Side of Eye:
“Letting go of what binds me”

Under Eye:
“I choose freedom now”

Under Nose:
“Opening to new possibilities”

Chin:
“My body and mind relax into ease”

Collarbone:
“Old patterns can dissolve safely”

Under Arm:
“I release control that is no longer needed”

Top of Head:
“I am lighter and more open”

Pause. Breathe.


Tapping Round 4 – Installing Freedom & Choice

Eyebrow:
“I align with freedom in every area of my life”

Side of Eye:
“I feel expansive, flexible, and open”

Under Eye:
“My choices are mine to make”

Under Nose:
“I move forward with ease and courage”

Chin:
“My body, mind, and heart feel unbound”

Collarbone:
“I trust life and trust myself”

Under Arm:
“I am free to be fully myself”

Top of Head:
“Freedom flows through me naturally”

Take one final deep breath… and slowly exhale.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.

Say softly:

“I release all that holds me back.
I am aligned with freedom, ease, and choice.
I trust myself and my path.”

Re-rate your sense of freedom from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until the feeling of freedom deepens.
