Preparation
Take a slow breath in… and a long breath out.
Notice any sense of emptiness, dissatisfaction, or “not enough” — without judgment.
Simply feel where fulfillment is blocked in your body.
Rate your sense of fulfillment from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement
(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)
“Even though I sometimes feel unfulfilled or restless,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”
“Even though life hasn’t always given me everything I wanted,
I honor my journey and allow myself to feel contentment now.”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.
Closing Integration
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.
Say softly:
“I release struggle and embrace fulfillment.
I appreciate and celebrate my life.
I am aligned with ease, joy, and purpose.”
Re-rate your sense of fulfillment from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until the feeling of fulfillment deepens.
