Align with Happiness – EFT Tapping Script

Preparation

Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any tension, sadness, or inner resistance to feeling happy — without judgment.
Simply feel where happiness feels blocked or muted in your body.

Rate your sense of happiness from 0 to 10.


Setup Statement

(Tap the Karate Chop point – repeat 3 times)

“Even though I sometimes struggle to feel truly happy,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though happiness has felt distant or fleeting,
I honor my feelings and am open to joy now.”

“Even though part of me doubts I deserve to feel happy,
I choose to align with happiness, ease, and well-being.”


Tapping Round 1 – Acknowledging the Blocks

Eyebrow:
“This feeling of unhappiness”

Side of Eye:
“This tension, stress, or sadness inside me”

Under Eye:
“Resistance to feeling joyful”

Under Nose:
“Doubts or fears that happiness won’t last”

Chin:
“Carrying heaviness in my body”

Collarbone:
“All the ways I block joy”

Under Arm:
“This inner struggle”

Top of Head:
“All these barriers to happiness”

Take a deep breath in… slowly exhale.


Tapping Round 2 – Understanding & Softening

Eyebrow:
“These feelings once protected me”

Side of Eye:
“They kept me alert or careful”

Under Eye:
“I can honor their purpose”

Under Nose:
“But I no longer need unhappiness to stay safe”

Chin:
“My mind and body can relax now”

Collarbone:
“I allow myself to feel joy”

Under Arm:
“I am open to happiness”

Top of Head:
“Softening tension and resistance”

Breathe deeply… exhale fully.


Tapping Round 3 – Releasing Resistance

Eyebrow:
“I release the blocks to my happiness”

Side of Eye:
“Letting go of judgment, doubt, and fear”

Under Eye:
“I allow joy to enter my life”

Under Nose:
“Welcoming laughter, ease, and delight”

Chin:
“My body relaxes and opens to pleasure”

Collarbone:
“Releasing old habits that dim my happiness”

Under Arm:
“Happiness flows naturally to me”

Top of Head:
“I feel lighter, brighter, and open”

Pause. Take a grounding breath.


Tapping Round 4 – Installing Happiness

Eyebrow:
“I align with happiness in every area of my life”

Side of Eye:
“I notice and appreciate the good around me”

Under Eye:
“My heart feels light and joyful”

Under Nose:
“I trust life and my ability to feel joy”

Chin:
“I choose happiness moment by moment”

Collarbone:
“Abundance, ease, and laughter flow to me”

Under Arm:
“I am open, content, and alive”

Top of Head:
“Happiness is my natural state”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.


Closing Integration

Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.

Say softly:

“I release resistance and welcome happiness.
I appreciate life and allow joy to flow through me.
I am aligned with ease, lightness, and well-being.”

Re-rate your happiness from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until the feeling of joy deepens.
