Preparation
Take a slow, deep breath in… and fully release it.
Notice any feelings of envy, jealousy, or comparison — without judgment.
Observe where envy shows up in your body or mind.
Rate the intensity of envy from 0 to 10.
Setup Statement

“Even though I notice envy in myself,
I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“The jealousy and comparison I notice”
Under Eye:
“The longing for what others have”

“All the ways envy affects my thoughts and emotions”

Take a slow, grounding breath… and exhale completely.
Closing Integration
Place one hand on your heart and one on your stomach.
Say softly:
“I release envy, jealousy, and comparison.
I embrace gratitude, self-worth, and inner peace.
Joy, confidence, and harmony flow through me naturally.”
Re-rate the intensity of envy from 0 to 10.
Repeat any round until you feel release, lightness, and openness.
