Be Kind with Your Words

Preparation

Sit comfortably with your feet grounded.
Place your hands over your heart or on your lap.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale fully.

Bring awareness to how you speak to yourself and others — notice times when your words may be harsh, critical, or careless.
Acknowledge these patterns without judgment, knowing it’s safe to release them.
